This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

Another fabulous week has flown by! The lifestyle market is still moving very well and we are always working hard to bring new properties to the market to ensure that you have a selection available to consider.

This week's new listing at 72 Rotowhenua Road in the Poraiti / Puketapu area is where you will find a super five bedroom home with fantastic outdoor living plus swimming pool and shedding, privately nestled within it's own woodland and with a share in the wetlands too. Peace and quiet (apart from the abundant birdlife that is!).  First viewings at the open home this Sunday.  For sale by Tender closing 4.00pm Thursday 13th May 2021.
