From the first handshake, you get the impression that he is a man of his word.  Shaun has been working in Real Estate in the Manawatu and Hawke’s Bay since 1996.  Prior to this he has worked in a number of different jobs; building, farming, shearing and working for the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.  Shaun has held a private pilot’s licence and enjoys carpentry, fishing and mechanics.

During Shaun’s real estate career he has become a member of the 100 million dollar club, he has sold over $115,000,000 worth of property and sold over 380 properties.  Shaun is consistently in the top 10 of the company proving his dedication and tenacity to his clients.

Shaun’s wife Mandy is also a licensed salesperson.  She assists Shaun part time with administration and database management.  Mandy and Shaun have a son, Jesse, and the family live on a lifestyle property, thoroughly practising what they preach, about the superb benefits of a rural life.

Shaun also has a full time personal assistant, Cheryl Scott, also a licensed salesperson, who assists with customer service and marketing.

Shaun works very long hours and is committed to providing both buyers and vendors with honest and reliable information.
