From the first handshake, you get the impression that he is a man of his word.  Shaun has been working in Real Estate in the Manawatu and Hawke’s Bay since 1996.  Prior to this he has worked in a number of different jobs; building, farming, shearing and working for the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.  Shaun holds a private pilot’s licence and enjoys carpentry, fishing and mechanics.

During Shaun’s real estate career he has become a member of the 100 million dollar club, he has sold over $145,000,000 worth of property and sold well over 400 properties.  Shaun is consistently in the top 10 of the company and also received the Top Dollar Value Salesperson of the Year Award for Property Brokers in 2009 and 2010.

Shaun’s wife Mandy is also a licensed salesperson.  She assists Shaun part time with administration and database management.  Mandy and Shaun have a son, Jesse, and the family live on a lifestyle property, thoroughly practising what they preach, about the superb benefits of a rural life.

Shaun also has two full time assistants; Lynda Jane who assists with customer service and marketing and Michelle Johnson who focuses on matching properties with buyers.

Shaun works very long hours and is committed to providing both buyers and vendors with honest and reliable information.
