This Week's Lifestyle Properties and Open Homes

As daylight saving approaches and the days get longer, we will start to see more after work and evening viewings of property.  The lifestyle market is still showing limited supply of available property, however the Spring months usually will have an increase so watch this space.

Some excellent new listings this week with 38 Evans Road having its first Open Home this weekend and 34 Dartmoor Road next weekend.  Also 295 Kawera Road is now available for viewing by appointment.

As always, we are available throughout the weekend for property viewings.
